Mr MacDonald has 18+ experience of both health & safety and decommissioning project management work providing demolition specific consultancy services including developing materials inventories, project management, safety management, technical guidance and CDM-C role.  He has produced and reviewed decommissioning Health and Safety Plans, Method Statements and Risk Assessments, including heavy lifting, deconstruction and dismantling, Pre Construction Information and Demolition Specifications.  He has also performed on-site audits and challenges unsafe behaviour or noncompliance quickly and effectively.
