Simon Dickson

Mr Dickson serves as the Corporate Radiation Protection Advisor and Dangerous Goods Safety Advisor.  With more than 13+ years’ experience in the nuclear industry his career emphasis has been on defining and developing programmes to implement regulatory compliance requirements for project, site operations and decommissioning activities.  He has also been responsible for the packaging, consignment and transport of numerous nuclear and radioactive shipments of Class 7 materials.   Simon has also been responsible for managing and implementing site radiological protection programmes including authorisations and radiological protection standards made under the Radioactive Substances Act , EPR 2010 and the Ionising Radiation Regulations.  He has been appointed RPA for many clients including NDT Engineers, Oil and Gas Services, NORM management, Class 7 Hauliers and more recently the UK LLWR.
